Well here it is, FliGS.  At the present time it is only greyscale
because I haven't figured out how to quickly convert 256 colors
into 16. Also this chokes on fli's that do color cycling so if you
hit play and see no animation its probably the answer. This program
can load in text, binary, or filetype $00 auxilliary type $0000 so
if you have access to a cd rom player or ms dos disk this will read it.
