Cryptograph works on an enhanced Apple //e, //c or //gs with ProDOS 8 V1.8 or higher.

The sense of this program ist that You can protect your file or data for any person.

What files can You protect ?
  All ProDOS 8 and ProDOS 16 files that You stored on an    
  ProDOS masstorage except resource files.

With Cryptograph You can code your files so often You will,
and with several passwords each time. But don't forget how
much and what password you use !!!

How do it works :

P > set new prefix for Cryptograph

F > set new name for file to code or decode

S > start do code a file.
    If You don't set the filename and/or the password, so 
    Cryptograph will ask You for it.

D > start do decode a file
    If You don't set the filename and/or the password, so
    Cryptograph will ask You for it.

N > set a new password. The passwortd can be 15 char long.
    There are all characters execpt >RETURN< allowed.
    This means You can also use some ESC or CTRL caracters.

C > a simple catalog function

? > look to the name of the autor

Q > quit the program.


Errors :
Cryptograph gives you an errormessage by some errors. All errors that Cryptograph don't know they give You the ProDOS
errornumber in hexadecimal. Please look in Your ProDOS handbook what this error mean. 

Cryptograph is not Freeware it's Shareware. This means,
if You think that Cryptograph is the program where You all time waiting for, and You will use it. So, test it for 2 weeks and then send 10$ to

or delete it from all Your disks.
