The method that I have used, which is the most comman, is to use a parallel card like the Grapler and either the Harmonie drivers from Vitesse, or Independance from Seven Hills http://www.sevenhills.com/applesoftware/iigs/in.htm If the printer is a post script printer and it has an LocalTalk connection, it is my understanding that you can set the printer to act like a LaserWriter, but I have no real experience with it.
