If it is v1.5, you don't need to mess with //SSH. I and several csa2 readers have boosted the TWGS to 12.5Mhz/8k using v1.5 ROMs quite easily by replacing the CPU and the oscillator. A note about TWGS and heat: the old 65C816 uP used in the TWGS was a poor design. Replacing it with a new 14Mhz 65C816 (it is rated for 14Mhz, but on some TWGS like mine, it likes 12.5Mhz better and on others it likes 16Mhz!) usually solves lockup problems. The new chips are a better design. If you are a student or educator, you can get the new CPU from Western Design Center for $19 plus shipping (comes out to $24). A new oscillator should cost you no more than pennies and can be found at Radio Shack (cheaper at mail order, but then you have to pay shipping). So for less than $30, ASSUMING YOU HAVE v1.5 OR GREATER ROM, you can upgrade to a 12.5Mhz to 16Mhz TWGS. Good luck!
