This is mostly correct, but I spotted a few minor errors:

These pins are N.C. on slot 1, not slot 7.  :-)

That is "M2B0" (Mega II Bank 0), not "M280".  On a ROM 3 IIgs, this
signal is present on slots 1 - 6.  On the original IIgs motherboard (ROM
00 and ROM 01) it is only present on slot 3, and slots 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6
are "no connect".
