The IIgs's slots are the same as all Apple II slots (more or less):

If you are in front of your IIgs, pin 1 is closest to you and on your right.
Pin 25 is farthest from you on your right.  Directly across from pin 25 is
pin 26.  Pin 50 is closest to you and on the left.  With that all set, here
