Here it is.  The Pop-out menus toolkit.  The kit is complete.  I will be
uploading documentation soon for programmers to make them work in their
applications.  A demo program is included to show off the toolkit in the
meantime.  Have fun!!!!

Copy the toolkit (TOOL069) to your SYSTEM/TOOLS directory and then launch the
application.
