Subject: Ton's of NEW synthLAB game sequences coming! He's furnished me with a ton of MIDI files from many of the most well know games on those other computer platforms. Together, during the course of the next few weeks we will be porting them all (the best of them all - that is ) over to the IIgs - using my Mac PPC to process and fine-tune them first, then converting them to synthLAB sequences using Dave Tribby's ***most impressive*** 'MIDISurgeon IIgs conversion program and testing them all with synthLAB for sound quality, content and play. As each of the multitude of synthLAB sequence game music files gets converted and finished, then I'll be uploading them all progressively - to Ground, as ShrinkIt archives. All of the conversions are being released as public domain in the hope that it might stimulate others to use them with some new IIgs game development. The first ShrinkIt archive of this can now be downloaded from the following url's. ftp://128.255.21.234//2/apple2/upl99/Jun99/MIDSLC.SHK ftp://128.255.21.234//2/apple2/upl99/Jun99/MIDSLC.SHK.TXT All comments welcome! Cheers, Tom
