this is v1.1 of my 'cd' utility. i omitted to call ExpandPath at the end.

walking directories, '..', are supported
'.' for current directory is supported
$HOME environment variable is supported (set 'home' to your home directory
and when you 'cd<ret>' your current directory will be 'home')
