From your question about assembly on the IIGS, I trust you
are talking about BASIC on the IIGS.

You can get a much better BASIC than Applesoft from the
Byte Works http://www.hypermall.com/byteworks
which also has Applesoft and assembly resources.  The
best BASIC for the IIGS is GSoft BASIC.  A free version
is available from the Byte Works.
