On the copy I downloaded, there was an About Piracy file that said it wasn't copy protected. I used the Disk Maker program to first install the GEOS on the hard disk image, then create a work disk. The only thing it didn't copy was the Configure program and the extra drivers (particularly the drivers I didn't need). That was the only way I could copy it, though.
