Welcome to the GS WorldView Sept.99 Issue

When Dr. Tom told me he was retiring as the Editor of GS WorldView and all other
Apple II related efforts from his website last month to pursue other areas of
interest on the Internet and asked me to take over as the Editor of GS WorldView
and as the maintainer of his Apple II related website areas, I was both honored
and shocked. I accepted his offer and I hope all visitors to GS WorldView will
send me their feedback, suggestions and comments on just how they want the GS
WorldView ezine to be presented in the future.

I hope I'm able to satisfy the readers needs with each future monthly issue.
Having Rubywand to work with as my Assistant Editor of GS WorldView is also an
honor and a pleasure. Rubywand is the maintainer of the comp.sys.apple2 Usenet
newsgroup FAQ's, the main host of the II Computing Forum on Delphi.com, a very
knowledgable and skilled veteran user of the Apple IIgs computer. His assistance
with editing this ezine and maintaining the Apple II related areas of this
website are very much appreciated.
