A General Review, Round-Up and Outline of Product Presentations at Kfest '99

It's been long past and well over a month now since KFest '99 ended. Other than
the outline and review information presented in the most current online issue of
'The Lamp' publication which can be accessed, downloaded and read ONLY from Delphi's
A2 Forum, if you have a paid delphi.com account. 

It seems not much has been offered to the general Apple II Internet public with
a general review, round-up and outline of product presentations at Kfest '99.
So, I thought the readers of GS WorldView might like to know all I've been able
to find out about what was actually presented during Kfest '99.

After signing on as a guest to the A2 forum on delphi.com yesterday (something
anybody can do), I reviewed the current public posted information from the A2
forum messageboard with exactly what all was presented at Kfest '99. The
following was found and compiled by your trusty GS WorldView Editor for our
'******Sept99' GS WorldView issue visitors to read and learn about the
happenings and just exactly what all was actually presented during Kfest '99.

Please read my compiled information on what was shown and offered for current
and soon to be made available 'FUTURE' retail sales during Kfest 99'? as

The following updated Apple II products were also shown, previewed and presented
at Kfest '99.

1) SpeedReadPlus 

2) Apple II ports to BeOS 

3) Flamestation Be 

4) BeShisen 


After the above was all posted to the A2 forum messageboard on delphi.com
and noted as a complete round-up and outline of all that was shown, previewed
and presented at Kfest '99 two public comments were added by the A2 Forum
members that follow.

Sheppy, who was one of the Kfest '99 attendees followed up with the comment: 
"That about covers it."

Carl Knoblock, who was one of the Kfest '99 attendees noted in one of his
posted comments to the A2 Forum on delphi.com with the following observation:

"Well, not quite as impressive as the 1998 totals, but not bad, and 1998 
was a hard act to beat."
