Yes - unfortunately it is now down. I was able to get it all downloaded
before it went down and have made a CD. I have sent a copy of the CD to
someone who asked for it and said he would find an ftp site for it. I also
plan to post it on my ftp site soon. I have to take a little trip down to my
web host to load the CD on my ftp site so it may be a few days before it
available again.
