Here we go, one more time... Create a new folder on the desktop. It doesn't matter what you name it. Insert the ProDOS disk. Copy all of the files from the disk to the new folder. Select the disk icon and go up to Erase Disk. Select ProDOS 800K and hit Erase. After it is done formatting, open up the folder and copy all the files back.
