The asimov absolutely ruled!!, now i just have to realy get all the other major sites together again, but rubywands apple II games pages rule, but now it misses a very important one. I have to check wich major ones i'm missing (any sugg besides:)? ftp://mirror.apple.asimov.net/images/games/ http://www.inwards.com/~fairway/ (wow! nice indead) ftp://apple2.caltech.edu/pub/apple2/games/ ftp://ground.ecn.uiowa.edu/apple2/Collections/AOL/Games/ http://www.classicgaming.com/vault/ http://www.multimania.com/apple2c/archive/Archive.htm ftp://ftp.uni-kl.de/pub/apple2/games/ By the way, and please this is only pasing info, i know a lot of people hate binaries ng's but i've been getting loads and i mean loads from: alt.binaries.emulators.misc Eventually with some help got to know how to up and download from there. So i've been posting some nice emu' stuff And the freaky thing is that just two days ago i posted everything i got from asimov.net (when that one was open). I downloaded only the games, but every one of them. Conluding into 724 apple II .dsk's wich.... i posted there and i checked, i can still dl. them from there. Note that it depends very much which ng provider or something you have to get them all. in other words, you might visit and nothing, or 30 or as i posted them in two big rar's split in 10 split in 7 (r.o1 will have 7 headers of 5000 lines) And again people who hate binary ng's, and i don't blame them, i hated them for halve a year, please ignore all this. But as the asimov mirror just went down and i just posted every apple II game .dsk i got from there i could'nt resit passing y'all this info. If anyone at anytime want's to see a repost off them feel free to reply or e-mail me. Vintagegamer speaking here lovin the funky skillo looks of those apple II games.. Hope to see anothore asimov.mirror.mirror or some... (Then i have to get the apps as well, just for the collection). Greetz Gnomula p.s. on my site i dedicatet a page to binary ng's with info and linx for: how to.. at: http://members.fortunecity.com/computeremulation/ngbin.html Rubywand wrote: > > Ben writes ... > > > > Hihi, > > > > I tried this site too but find unable to reach. also down? > .... > > The site is currently down. > > Meanwhile, there is news of a new site which will offer the Asimov > collection.
