(1) View Photo CD file (such as 'IMG0023.PCD;1') in 384x256 color image
     on Second Sight screen

(2) View PPM file on Second Sight screen

(3) Convert Photo CD file into PPM file (288KB binary)

PPM files can be converted by 'SuperConvert v4.0' (Seven Hills Software)
- Load format :
- Computer type : Unix machines
- Specific type : Portable Pixelmap(.PBM,.PGM,.PPM)
into any Apple IIgs formats ($c0, $c1, etc.)
