The archive - KAWAI3.BXY (which was originally an SHK format archive file)
and was created back in 1994 contains the following Read.Me text file.
It is not known if these were ever released online before now.

This archive contains a new piano instrument, Kurz2000.bnk, that I created by
sampling the Stereo Grand instrument on my K2000.  I think it sounds much better
than the piano instruments that come with synthLAB.  The only quirks it has are
that the entire keymap is transposed a few semitones up from its actual pitch
and that it is sampled (i.e. no loops are used for sustains).  Otherwise, it
sounds great for piano solos pieces. The four pieces included in this archive
are from enya's two albums "Watermark" and "Shepherd Moons."  They were
sequenced from the sheet music versions of "Watermark" and "Shepherd Moons,"
published by Wise Publications and copyrighted 1988 and 1991, respectively.
Finally, thanks to Dave Tribby's waveLAB 1.0 for allowing me to create the
Kurz2000 piano instrument.
