You could try TCP to Serial which is a shareware program that can be downloaded from: http://www.aball.de/~gotti/tcptoser.html You can use it to originate sessions or to listen to a certain port to waiting for incoming sessions. It should allow you to hook your Apple II serial port to a Windows machine's serial port via a null modem connection and be able to transfer data but I'm not sure how, or if, it would signal the BBS to tell it that a connection was starting. Perhaps it uses the DCD (Data Carrier Detect) line. It is probably worth a try. You get 30 days to decide if you want to pay for it or not. +------------------------------------------------------------------------+ | Jeff Blakeney - Dean of the Apple II University in A2Pro on Delphi | | Delphi Apple II Forums Web Pages | | A2: http://www.delphi.com/apple2 A2Pro: http://www.delphi.com/a2pro | +------------------------------------------------------------------------+
