Jones. It's a good size and costs $7.95. (See proto board page at http://www.mpja.com/list.asp?dept=58 .) The 9003 PB is 4.25" high; so, you will need to saw off an inch or so from the top. The card has PC XT connector contacts; which means you will need to slice off some in order to get to the 50 contacts (25 per side) Apple uses. (A Dremel tool with a sand wheel is good for this sort of slicing.) Use a real A2 board to determine pin centering and as a guide to deciding what to slice off for a good fit in an Apple II Slot.
