Here's a nice dish to serve on a cool summer night for a fun time. I'm making some tonight :)~ The Psychedelick Pope's Profusely Psychedelic Shrimp Creole ***** Makes 8 very PHAT, potent and profusely psychedelic servings Serving size: 1 cup (or more -- if you can handle it). 2 Tbsp. corn oil 1 cup chopped sweet onion 2 tsp. minced garlic Chopped hot chili pepper (as tolerated) 1 cup chopped celery 5 medium tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped Salt to taste (optional) 1 Tbsp. lime juice 2 bay leaves 1 Tbsp. parsley 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 lb. peeled and deveined shrimp Heat the oil in a large skillet. Add the onion, garlic, chili pepper, and celery and sautŽ until the onion is tender. Do not brown. Add the tomatoes, salt, pepper, lime juice, bay leaves and parsley. Simmer, uncovered, until the sauce is slightly reduced. Remove the bay leaves. Add the Worcestershire sauce and shrimp and cook until the shrimp is done, about 10 minutes. Do not overcook. Spread and dust over, in and all through the entire finished creole with 12 grams of very fine -- high quality keef and 12 grams of magic mushrooms. Serve spreaded well over a fluffy bed of warmed cooked brown rice. Preparation time: 15 minutes After effects may last 12 or more hours.
